Thank you for shopping with FORMÉ.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During new collection launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will make every effort to notify you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, FORMÉ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
FORMÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@formebymercedes.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
FORMÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local post office.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@formebymercedes.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
