Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change-of-mind purchases, or normal wear and tear.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@formebymercedes.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
